We’re proud to announce that Threada, as part of Cadabra Enterprise Limited, has achieved certification to both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, independently certified by Citation.

The certifications recognise the systems and processes we have put in place across the business to maintain high standards of quality, consistency and environmental responsibility.

What does ISO 9001 mean?

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for quality management systems.

For our customers, it provides additional assurance that we have structured processes in place to consistently deliver products and services to a high standard, monitor performance and continually improve the way we operate.

For Threada, this covers the processes behind everything from customer service and order management through to production, fulfilment and the wider operation of the business.

What does ISO 14001 mean?

ISO 14001 is the internationally recognised standard for environmental management.

Achieving certification demonstrates that we have a formal framework in place to understand, manage and reduce the environmental impact of our operations.

This includes reviewing areas such as waste, energy use, materials, suppliers and operational processes, while setting objectives to continually improve our environmental performance.

While customers may not always see the systems operating behind their orders, we believe they are fundamental to building a reliable and responsible business.

Threada has been designed to make ordering custom clothing simpler, but simplicity for the customer requires strong processes behind the scenes.

Our ISO certifications form part of our wider commitment to building a business that is scalable, accountable and continually improving.

Certification was awarded following an independent assessment by Citation, with both standards applying across Cadabra Enterprise Limited and its operations, including Threada.

For our customers, partners and suppliers, the certifications provide further confidence that the business operates within internationally recognised quality and environmental management frameworks.
