Threada Pricing Structure at a Glance
We keep it simple and transparent. Every customised order is made up of three parts:
🎨 No Setup Fees
Unlike many online workwear companies, we don't charge digitisation fees to digitise your logo for embroidery or for producing your artwork proofs.
The only time we'll charge a fee is if a 're-draw' of your logo is required.
👕 Garment Costs
This is the base price of the garments you choose.
Prices scale by quantity - so the more you order of the same item, the lower the price per unit.
🧵 Application Costs (your branding)
This is the fee for applying your logo or design.
Each logo position (e.g. left chest, arm, back) counts as one application. Prices reduce based on volume, and you can mix sizes in a single order.

What is Digitising?
Embroidery digitisation is the process of turning your logo or design into a special file that tells our machines how to stitch it.
It’s not just a copy-paste job - our team converts your artwork into thousands of precise stitch points, adjusting things like thread density, direction, and layering to make sure your logo looks sharp and professional on fabric.
It’s a one-time process per design, and once it’s done, it stays on your account for future orders.
