Modern fabrics, detergents and washing machines are designed to work together, so if you follow the recommended instructions, your garments should maintain their quality over time.
General care guidelines:
- Always check the care label before washing
- Close all zips and undo buttons
- Empty pockets and remove any loose or sharp objects
- Flatten collars and cuffs before placing items in the wash
- Avoid overloading the washing machine
- Use a good quality detergent and the correct amount
For printed or customised garments:
- Wash at 30°C or below
- Turn garments inside out before washing and ironing
- Do not tumble dry
- Avoid ironing directly over printed or decorated areas
Following these steps will help protect the fabric, preserve colours, and keep your customisation looking sharp for longer.

We’ll handle the rest.
Once your order lands with us, our studio team will create a digital proof showing exactly how your logo will look on the garments. Nothing goes into production until you’ve approved it.
You’ll see it. You’ll sign it off. Then we get to work.

We offer an Express Production upgrade for £25 + VAT per order*. This moves your job to the front of the queue and shortens your production timeline.

Our standard turnaround is 7–10 working days from artwork approval.
Artwork proofs are usually issued within 2 working days of receiving your order.
Your clock starts once artwork is approved. Delays in approving proofs or supplying files will extend the overall timeline.
If you’re working to a tight deadline, our Express Production service is available.

We’ll always try to help, but changes may affect pricing and delivery times.
Once production has started, amendments or cancellations aren’t possible and refunds cannot be issued. In some cases, production may begin on the same day your order is placed.
